Minimizing harm is no longer enough, it’s time to maximize positive impact. If we want a flourishing future, we need to think regeneratively.

Digging in to understand social and environmental impacts across the value chain and product lifecycle, the brand’s role in the system, and opportunities for connection, collaboration, and building capacity, resilience, systemic value, and health.

How might we look beyond the problems and see the potential inherent in your unique context and resources?

In all things, I seek golden glue to reconnect and heal what is broken.

Golden glue, inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi, is a lens for reimagining a new path to healing and positive impact, one that rebuilds something more beautiful and more valuable from our broken shards, not hiding but acknowledging and celebrating the scars of the past.
